Shipping Policy

Shipping is available worldwide. Most orders will ship within 48 hours. If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by customer service with an expected delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items. Please feel free to contact customer service if you would like a detailed shipping quote (US and International)

Return Policy

• No merchandise is acceptable for return without an authorization number issued by Starlite Originals, LLC. Returns without proper authorization may, at the sole discretion of Starlite Originals, LLC be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense or charged a 10% restocking fee.
 
• To request a return authorization number, please call customer service department at 323-488-9103 ext 116.
 
• All merchandise to be returned must be properly packaged and returned in their originals package and packing material. Otherwise, purchaser is fully liable for any damages.  
 
• All claims for damaged goods must be presented to Starlite Originals LLC within 5 days of receipt of shipment. All purchaser claims that are made on the quality of the product must be made in five days of receipt.
 
• Credit is not issued to customer until product is received back to Starlite Originals.
